Professor Honey: Change your Life by Changing your Credit

Nerissa Reaves, Founder of Professor Honey’s Credit and Lending (PHCL), is using her experience and expertise to close the wealth gap in America. Her company does this in several different capacities.

The main goal is to help people get another chance on their finance, focusing on their personal credit. PHCL works to get people with low credit scores up to the mid-to-high 600’s and 700’s. A higher credit score allows future purchasers the option to become homeowners and leverage their new credit scores to position themselves to build generational wealth.

The personal credit program is typically three-to-six months, but you will see your credit starting to improve in as little as 2 weeks. Results have shown that in less than a month credit, scores have increased by 100 points. If you follow the steps provided by your account manager, you can have stellar credit in six months. Keep your eye on the bigger picture; the higher your credit score, the more you will be able to leverage in other areas of your life.

PHCL also helps the incarcerated build credit. As a returning citizen, ex-offenders are in a better position to excel in life upon release and to pursue their dreams of becoming entrepreneurs should they choose.

Another great service offered is a program to assist entrepreneurs build business credit. Participants work with a team that helps build out their new-business concepts; developing a plan from conception to funding.  There is an exclusive benefit to participate… PHCL’s preferred funders are generally non-traditional options that you will not receive at a bank. When seeking funding, they are very creative and take every situation into account. The terms are different and very lenient, and recipients report obtaining funding in as a little as three days! However; to build a strong business portfolio and get a great Paydex score, you can anticipate being in the program for about six-to-eight months. It truly depends on the needs of the entrepreneur.

PHCL allows entrepreneurs to invest in their business and then help others. For a small fee each month, entrepreneurs receive “A Business in a Box” and are trained to be financial warriors able to help others. Finally, they are partnered with a business certified CPA, business coach, in addition to their access to funding.

Established business owners… all is not lost. PHCL works with you if you already have products! PHCL offers an opportunity to finance your products. Become your own walking, talking, lending tree; upping your conversions by 50-to-60 percent on average. Professor Honey recommends getting your personal credit intact first; although your EIN is separate from your personal, some businesses will want to see your personal credit as well. It is recommended to bring your score to at least 650-to-660 first with a utilization under 30 percent to decrease the chance of coming up against obstacles. The goal is to have both a strong personal and business credit portfolio. If you stay the course, you will get more.

It is truly an exciting thing that is happening!

Professor Honey and her team are dispelling the myth and showing through testimonies of their clients that good things are happening to and in our culture. Recently, one of her trucking clients landed funding for $10,000 to purchase her first truck after working the program for about four months.

PHCL has powerful things going on and many exclusive resources. While their physical location is in Atlanta, PHCL helps clients all over the United States. The only criteria to being able to join the program is that you have a United States based social security number.

PHCL is one of the fastest growing companies, powered by Novae money, and recently inducted as one of the Inc. 5000 fastest growing businesses in the nation. They are on the move, changing lives.

Professor Honey is very proud to say that her company helps people to do things that they never thought that they could do in the world of financing, which is changing the trajectory for our people. She is committed to changing situations and allowing access to resources that we never knew were available, while providing the opportunity for parents to send their children to better schools, community members to buy homes, get out of dangerous neighborhoods, and change the climate for our people.

When I asked Professor Honey why she chose this road, she shared that she has been an entrepreneur for a long time. The world knew her as a model and while she got a lot of notoriety, likes on social media, and was featured in a lot of videos, it didn’t get her anywhere. It was when she fell on hard times that she found her purpose.

Professor Honey initially owned a bed-and-breakfast business, which was doing very well. Her business partner didn’t make good financial decisions and it not only cost them everything, it and caused Professor Honey to be in a very bad place. She ended up losing everything, her houses, car, business; you name it, she lost it. It all happened very quickly. Her credit went from stellar to very low. She had a friend that told her about fixing her credit, but she did not believe it. She could not wrap her head around it, because she was in so deep. At the time, she was sleeping on her friend’s couch. Although she had reservations, she just took a chance and hoped that it would work. She took that leap and nine months later had her own house, car, and finances to start generating income. She changed her life by changing her credit. Her experience has allowed her to help other people.

So far, Professor Honey and her team have helped thousands of people by staying steadfast in their mission.

In 2022, PHCL plans to launch an affiliate division. They are looking for people across the nation that want to change the conditions of our people… those that want to be a part of an entrepreneurship monumental and pioneering, while also making money. People that want to invest and be a part of change are the target audience. Teachers, Real Estate Professionals, those in the Coaching and Training sector, Nonprofit organizations… anyone that had a fire in their heart to help others. It is not about the sector, but the vision of where they are going. They are looking for those to come together to learn about the power of their score, then build a plan to start a movement. Having an 800-credit score is worth $100k buying power; just imagine the leveraging power to be able to transform a city.

While talking to Professor Honey, I got truly excited. I encourage you to check out PHCL’s site to learn more about how to get in on this and start making a change for the better. If this is not for you, be sure to pass it along. Remember, knowledge is power!

Today, Hundreds of thousands of people are expected to turn out for rallies, marches, and events across the country in support of #abortionrights. The events are being organized by @PlannedParenthood organizations, @WomensMarch @UltraViolet, @MoveOn, @LiberateAbortion, @SEIU and other national partners.
