You will likely have to present a VERY detailed legal analysis to try to convince the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) trademark examiner to change their mind.
I went to school for an additional three years and passed a two-day exam for this. 😩

Many trademark applications are refused on the first try.
