Burgers are a summer classic, so @thekimimichelle gave one a Caribbean twist in honor of today’s West Indian American Day Parade in NYC! She combines the flavors of curry chicken and Trinidad’s iconic street food, doubles, into a burger with Caribbean flair and style 🤯

@elephantamaro sent our girl their unique botanical drink, Amaro di Rucola, that they make with arugula (🤯), so you know Kimi had to make a Black Manhattan with it!
Finding the perfect rye whiskey to make it with was a journey in and of itself, so be sure to come back for Part 2, where Kimi hunts for a Black owned whiskey and finds @ryeandsons’ amazing rye whiskey at a local Black owned wine and spirits shop!
