All content on this website — including the Women for the Culture name and logo, written content, graphics, photos, videos, event materials, merchandise designs, and social media content — is the intellectual property of Nikki Branch / Women for the Culture and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any W4TC content without express written permission.

3. EVENT TICKETS

All event ticket sales are final. Refunds are not offered unless an event is canceled or rescheduled by Women for the Culture. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or credit toward a future event at our discretion.
Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Reselling tickets is prohibited.
By attending a W4TC event, you agree that Women for the Culture may photograph or film the event and use your likeness in promotional materials.

4. MERCHANDISE & SHOP

Physical merchandise orders may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if the item is damaged or defective. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours. Contact nikki@womenfortheculture.com to initiate a return.
All digital product and download sales are final.

5. MEMBERSHIP & COMMUNITY ACCESS

If you create an account or purchase a membership, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account access with others. Women for the Culture reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or harm our community.

Women for the Culture is a sisterhood-first community. By participating in any W4TC platform, event, or community space — online or in person — you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect and dignity
- Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
- Not share other members' personal information without their consent
- Engage in good faith and in the spirit of sisterhood
W4TC reserves the right to remove anyone from our community who violates these standards, without refund.
