RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
