Choosing Yourself Isn't Selfish. It's Sacred.

There was a season of my life when everyone believed I had it all together.

I was the Attorney and CPA. The speaker and author. The ministry leader and family leader

people could count on. The one who showed up early, stayed late, and made sure everyone

else's needs were met before I even thought to ask what I needed. From the outside, my life

looked like success. From the inside, I was running on empty.

Like so many high-achieving women, I had become an expert at pouring out and forgetting to pour back in. I told myself I'd rest after the next project, the next deadline, the next milestone. That day kept moving further away.

Then my body made the decision my calendar never would. A health crisis caused by stage 4

endometriosis stopped me in my tracks and forced me to ask a question I had spent years

avoiding: What is all of this for, if I disappear in the process?

That question cracked something open in me. It led me to what I now call Sacred Self-

Leadership — the belief that a woman cannot lead her business, her family, her ministry, or her community from a place of depletion. Leadership starts with the way we treat ourselves.

Out of that conviction, the Prioritize & Empower You Retreat was born.

This year, our theme is CARE: Create. Allow. Rest. Expand.

Create a life that actually reflects who you are, not just what you're capable of producing.

Allow yourself to receive support, softness, and abundance — without earning it first.

Rest, because your body, mind, and spirit were never meant to run on empty.

Expand into the next version of yourself, with confidence instead of guilt.

This retreat isn't an escape from your life. It's a return to yourself, so you can go back to your life whole.

If you've spent years being everyone's safe place with nowhere to rest yourself, if success has started to feel strangely empty, if you can't remember the last time you did something simply because it brought you joy — I created this retreat with you in mind.

Over our time together, you'll experience guided reflection, honest conversation, real rest, laughter, and practical tools you can actually use once you're back home. This isn't a weekend of inspiration you'll forget by Wednesday. You'll leave with a plan.

And the support doesn't end when the retreat does. Every woman who attends also receives

two months of complimentary small-group coaching through our Sacred Self CARE Integration Journey, because transformation isn't a weekend event — it's a practice.

My prayer for every woman who walks through these doors is simple: that she leaves believing

she is worthy of the same care she has always given so freely to everyone else.

You don't have to wait for burnout to give yourself permission. You don't have to earn rest. You just have to choose it.

If your heart is whispering "yes" as you read this — trust it.

I can't wait to welcome you.

With love,

Lynita Mitchell-Blackwell
