She’s the founder of Fierce & Fearless, a movement that has quickly evolved into a magazine, a podcast, a community, and a safe space for women who are ready to stop dimming their light and start telling their truth.
What we love most? Ciara didn’t build all of this from a place of perfection. She built it from a place of survival. A place of healing. A place of “I will not let my story end like this.”
And honestly… that’s the part that speaks to so many of us.
Before Ciara became the visionary you see today, she lived through domestic abuse a chapter that could have swallowed her whole. But instead of sitting in the shadows, she made a choice. She reclaimed her life and decided her story would serve as a lifeline for other women fighting battles no one sees.
By day, Ciara worked in medical billing and credentialing, helping healthcare providers rebuild their practices from the ground up. But behind the scenes? She was dreaming of building something deeper — a place where women could come as they are, share their wins and losses, and feel celebrated, not judged.
That dream became Fierce & Fearless Magazine, and it opened the door for so many women to finally feel seen.
What sets Ciara apart is her heart for community. She created Fierce & Fearless because she got tired of watching women build alone. She got tired of the “perfect highlight reel.” She got tired of the unspoken pressure to have it all figured out.
So she built a platform where:
Collaboration lives louder than ego
Real stories matter more than aesthetics
Women don’t have to pretend to be okay to be respected
Fierce & Fearless became more than a brand, it became a mirror for women who forgot just how powerful they are.

Launching in June, this podcast dives into the conversations women are actually having behind closed doors, the pivots, the breakdowns, the rebuilding, the spiritual growth, the lessons that hit hard and change everything.
A Growing Collection of Books & Anthologies
Ciara has already completed four books, with her debut solo project, The Anchor Holds, arriving May 20th. She also leads multiple anthology projects, including the latest, Fierce & Fearless Phoenix: Rises From the Ashes, released December 13th.
