If you aren't familiar with OWN Networks™ Ready to Love. Ready to Love is a dating series from Will Packer Media and Lighthearted Entertainment, that explores the real-life dating interactions of sexy, successful and grown black men and women in their 30s and 40s who are each looking for lasting love and an authentic relationship. There is a unique twist on this dating show, Ready to Love highlights the men's observations and experiences in the search for true love in Atlanta. The show is hosted by none other than Nephew Tommy of the "The Steve Harvey Morning Show".

Courtney Larisa shares her experience on being on the dating show by revealing that when they were told that it was 3 men and 15 women it was a real surprise. The shock on their faces was authentic. The producers of the show never told them the structure of the show. They were simply asked if they were looking for love in Atlanta - We Got You!.

When asked about her take on "The List and The Ciara Prayer". Courtney Larisa opens up about coming out of a really bad breakup her prayer was just to be blessed with a man who she could trust with her heart and would do right by her - just a good man.

On finding her perfect match in Terrance.

She knew early on that Terrance was marriage material. Even sharing with her sister that, "He is the type of guy you marry" not realizing that one day he would be HER Husband. She had also made up her mind that long distance relationships would not work because he lived in Michigan and she resided in Atlanta.

Now married and quarantined they both live for Walmart runs and spend their days enjoying each others company and working nonstop.

Both Courtney Larisa and Terrance have given 5 Great Tips on How to Keep New Love Strong during this time.

1. Communication is key - Listening to each other and internalizing what your partner is saying. Pause and listen - Allow your partner to explain. This will keep any misconceptions and misunderstandings from occurring. We all come from different backgrounds so we have to listen to understand.

2. Transparency - Be Open and Honest with each other. Be yourself from the beginning. Don't send your representative. Be authentic.

3 and 4. Protect and Serve - Protect each other mentally - it goes a long way and trust is everything. Serve each other - Keep it balanced, give to your partner as much as you take. Learn your partner so you can serve them.

5. Don't be afraid. Even though you have been through things open up and trust. If someone proves themselves, allow them to be there. Allow yourself to be loved.
